Furthermore, personal data is only used to the extent necessary and only for the purpose for which you have consented or for which it is legally permissible.
SSL or TLS encryption
This site uses SSL or TLS encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as orders or inquiries that you send to us as site operator. If the SSL or TLS encryption is activated, the data that you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.

3. Collection and use of your data

3.1 Collection of access data

When you access our website, your end device automatically transmits data and information from your computer system. In detail this involves:

- Operating system used
- Referrer URL
- Host name of the accessing computer
- Time of the server request
- IP address (shortened)

This data is stored in so-called server log files and deleted after 14 days. Longer storage only takes place in individual cases (e.g. in case of suspicion of abuse or fraud). In these cases, the respective log files are stored until the facts of the case have been clarified and any necessary measures have been completed.
For the provision of our website and related services, we use service providers who process the data you provide in this data protection declaration exclusively on our behalf and in accordance with our instructions (so-called processors in accordance with Article 28 DS-GVO).
The access data is technically necessary for us to be able to display the website and to guarantee its stability and security. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f) DSGVO, as we have a legitimate interest in being able to offer you our services in a technically perfect, secure and optimised manner.
Within the framework of the necessary balancing of interests, we have weighed up your interest in the respective confidentiality of your personal data and our interest in the provision of this website. In both cases, your interest in maintaining confidentiality will be waived. Otherwise we would not be able to provide you with this website or respond to your order request.

3.2 Customer login

If you as an exhibitor have decided to use our stand configurator, we offer you the possibility to configure your stand via this website and to order it accordingly.
By providing the login information you agree that your data will be stored and used for the fulfilment of the contract (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) DSGVO).
Which personal data is transmitted to the person responsible for processing can be seen from the respective input mask used for the login.
We pass on the collected data for processing to the respective (i.) internal departments as well as to (ii.) external service providers (e.g. stand constructors) in order to be able to fulfil the services you have ordered and to maintain the technical operation of this website.

The data collected during login will be stored by us as long as you are registered on our website. This enables you to access configurations and data at subsequent trade fair events without having to register again.

The transmission of data service providers, suppliers is always necessary for the fulfilment of the contract and finds its basis in Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) DSGVO).

3.4 Duration of storage

In order to give you access to the shop system and the information stored in your customer account at any time, we store your login files until the registration is cancelled or changed by you. You can change your data at any time in your customer account. As far as a storage obligation does not contradict this, you can also request a deletion of your account under [email protected].

3.5 Possibility of objection and removal

If the data is required for the fulfilment of a contract or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures, an early deletion of the data is only possible if there are no contractual or legal obligations that prevent deletion.
